This collection of scrapbooks was created by Daisy Brown between 1874 to 1930 and includes a detailed record of what happened in Cobleskill, NY and the surrounding Schoharie County. Brown, a Cobleskill local, gathered newspaper clippings, programs, invitations, photos, and other documents to highlight significant people and local events. To accompany these documents, Brown has added handwritten notes detailing certain events, such as births, deaths, and special community events. There are 66 scrapbooks in this collection. The library is uploading them to this site as they are digitized.
