In 1988 Glens Falls and Warren County, New York established a Sister City relationship with Saga City, Japan. Over the years, exchanges between the two communities have involved students and teachers, hot air balloon teams, political officials and librarians, business leaders, artists, and dancers.

This collection features gifts and mementos, folk arts and traditional crafts, and other materials related to the continued cultural relationship between Glens Falls and Warren County, New York and Saga City, Japan.
