The Haverstraw King's Daughters Public Library provides the community with educational, cultural, recreational, and entertainment offerings through its collection of materials, programs, and other resources that it makes available.

The Haverstraw King’s Daughters Public Library’s Local History Collection is housed in the Thomas F.X. Casey Local History Room. In this room books, newspapers, photographs, and other materials relating to all eras of the history of the town of Haverstraw and the villages of Haverstraw, West Haverstraw, and Garnerville are collected, preserved, and made accessible to the public.
