Historical Context

Rudolf Joseph Lorenz Steiner (1861 - 1925) was known for many things, including being a philosopher and social reformer. He was the founder of an esoteric spiritual movement known as anthroposophy, which involved both spirituality and natural sciences. It is concerned with all aspects of human life, spirit and humanity’s future well-being. Steiner was also a literary critic and published multiple philosophical works in his lifetime.
