Old Main was the first major building on the SUNY Oneonta campus. After significant deterioration, Old Main was razed in 1977, but the Old Main pillars were saved from the wrecking ball and moved to campus shortly thereafter.
A report produced in 1980 detailing the library's services to the Jamesville Correctional Facility during the previous year. Included is an overview of the library prison program, prisoner writing samples, teaching aid examples and press coverage.
